By creating an account or using TantraTribe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TantraTribe. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

• You must provide accurate information during registration • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and encryption recovery key • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed • You must not share your account credentials with others

As a member of TantraTribe, you agree to: • Treat all members with respect and dignity • Practice and honor consent in all interactions • Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination • Not share illegal content or use the platform for illegal purposes • Not spam, solicit, or advertise • Report violations to help keep the community safe

You retain ownership of all content you create on TantraTribe (profile text, photos, messages, answers). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display it within the platform solely as needed to provide the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Private messages on TantraTribe are end-to-end encrypted. This means: • We cannot read your messages • If you lose both your password and recovery key, we cannot restore access to your message history • You are responsible for keeping your recovery key safe • Encryption keys are derived from your password; changing your password automatically re-encrypts your keys

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

To maintain a safe community, we may: • Review reported content and profiles • Issue warnings for guideline violations • Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts • Remove content that violates our guidelines Moderation decisions can be appealed by contacting us at [email protected] or via the Contact page.

• By you — you can delete your account at any time via Settings. Your data will be anonymized immediately and permanently deleted after a 7-day grace period. • By us — we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

We strive to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee any particular outcomes from using the platform, including but not limited to finding connections or matches. We are not responsible for the actions of other users. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TantraTribe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Dutch and EU consumer protection law).

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform and, where required by law, we will ask for your renewed agreement. The 'last updated' date at the top indicates when these terms were last revised.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
